Nafis, an Emirati program to employ thousands of citizens and support salaries

 The UAE seeks to develop its cadres, whether in the private or government sectors, by providing support through well-studied plans.

The Nafis program, launched by the UAE government, aims to provide a decent life for citizens, enable them to occupy jobs, and develop their competence and skills. This is the approach of the UAE leadership and its main priority to strengthen and build the national economy to become more balanced in terms of development.

The Emirates Nafis program is part of the second package of fifty projects, and includes 13 different projects, all of which aim to build a new generation of talented and globally competitive competencies, which in turn will work to bring about a quantum leap in the organization of the UAE national economy.

The Nafis program also allows all private sector companies and institutions to contribute to the program, by offering job vacancies and various training programs, in addition to benefiting from financial support for the salaries of their employees and the returns of their retirement contributions.

The UAE seeks to maintain its position and advance to new levels by enabling its citizens to focus on science and advanced skills and to work in various sectors, at a time when the state provides them with the capabilities and care necessary to develop prosperity and stability in the economic system.
